Note: While our minimum investable assets under management requirement is $1,000,000, we do make exceptions. We invite clients in the accumulation phase of their financial journey and who are highly motivated savers and/or high earners to complete a Prospective Client Questionnaire and to schedule an Initial Consultation.

How Are Fees Calculated?
Fee Structure:

Assets Under Management (AUM) model with an annual percentage fee.

The management fee will be deducted directly from your brokerage account every quarter.
-
To calculate the quarterly fee on a $1M portfolio, we use the account value on the last day of the quarter, multiply it by 0.003125 (our annual fee of 1.25% divided by 4), and the resulting number is the fee for the upcoming quarter. Fees are prorated for any partial quarters.

Clients Seeking a "Show-Me-How-to-Do-It" Approach: Ideal for individuals and families who want expert guidance and a clear plan but prefer to manage their own investments. Clients take our recommendations and implement the recommendations themselves. We do not handle any transactions on their behalf. This option also allows clients to keep their accounts where they are.

Clients Who Are Still Building Their Nest Egg: Particularly beneficial for a family who are still in their earning years and might not have investable assets, but would still benefit from holistic and comprehensive financial planning.

How Are Fees Calculated?
Fee Structure:

Flat Fee: $3,200 for individuals, $4,000 for couples. Includes comprehensive financial plan and 8 financial planning & coaching sessions. Clients may continue receiving support by requesting additional sessions at $400/session (individual) or $500/session (couple). Clients may upgrade to Service Option A, our assets under management model, at anytime.
